As a teenager, the creative soul inside of me woke up the first time I was on stage. I knew immediately that this “acting thing” gave me an opportunity to make a difference in the world and suddenly, my life had purpose. Since then, that excitement and passion has driven me my entire life – the desire to impact the world through story. It is with that same commitment that I extend the opportunity to you yo join us in our good work at the Limelight Theatre.
Many believe theatre is just entertainment, but I know firsthand that theatre does so much more than just expand our culture. It builds community, gives a voice to those who need one, can heal the human condition in unimaginable ways, and can give a life meaning from being part of something bigger.
These actors and storytellers cannot do anything without the generosity and vision from people like you who want to make a difference. It is not a pulpit or a podium, but it is a platform where truth can be told artistically, in the hopes that we can change the way people think, feel, act or believe. Top billing throughout the season is yours as a Season Presenting Sponsor for all productions in the 2024-2025 season: 9 main stage productions, 4 limited-run productions, 4 staged readings, and additional special performances. It is a minimum of 144 total shows, with anticipated attendance of over 12,000 patrons.
