Welcome to the Limelight Theatre! I am so happy that you found your way to our website!

I would love for you to find your way to one of our shows, or onto our stage or backstage, or in any case, into our Limelight Family! We truly welcome all and want everyone to feel a part of what is happening at the Limelight. If you want to volunteer and serve, build a set, paint a wall, build a costume, or audition for a part, we have a place for you. Maybe you would like to see a show for free…you can do that by ushering or bartending for a show. Limelight is a haven for creatives and a place to belong, have community and a sense of family. We love people and their stories and want to help tell them creatively, with passion and purpose and love. There is something truly magical when all the elements of production come to life and a story becomes incarnate. The energy, the emotion, the experience that fills a space that was once empty, but through an audience, actors, and action, lives are changed. I cannot think of anything I would rather do than tell stories that impact our culture. Theatre is essentially “creation” where energy, action, space, matter, and time collide to ignite joy and revelation, evoke compassion and contempt, provoke conviction and change. It is where story that was once untold, comes to life and can be told and retold, each time different than the last, because it is ALIVE.
