Limelight Theatre Launching Repertory Acting Troupe

St. Augustine, FL - Attention all high school drama students and actors…The Limelight Theatre is launching a new repertory acting troupe and we need you! This is a great opportunity for serious young actors to gain knowledge about their craft in a safe and professional environment.

Students admitted into this company will gain theatrical experience on and off stage, as they will be responsible for many of the technical elements of the shows they produce. Auditions will be held on Monday February 18th (Presidents Day) from 11am- 2pm at the Limelight Theatre 11 Old Mission Ave. We are looking for 10M and 10F in high school, ages 14-19. Please come prepared with a headshot, resume, 12 bars of music to sing, and a monologue. The first show will be You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown, opening on March 27th, more shows will follow, so now is your chance to get in on the ground floor of this exciting new company. Those auditioning will also be asked to do cold readings and learn some choreography. Come ready to work and be prepared to stay the full time.
