St. Augustine, FL- The Limelight Theatre is proud to present Edward Albee’s, “Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf?” The production opens in the Koger-Gamache Studio Theatre, Friday, May 30, 2008 at 7:30PM. There will be a champagne reception at 7:00PM. Performances continue Saturday the 31st at 7:30PM, Sunday at 2PM and for the next two weeks Thursday – Saturday at 7:30 PM, Saturday and Sunday Matinee at 2:00 PM. Tickets are $20. Student Rush Tickets $10. There will be a Terrific Tuesday performance on June 3rd at 7:30 PM (2 tickets for $25). Please call for reservations.
“Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf?” is directed Debora Jordan, with the cast including: Tracey Gallagher, Robert Gill, Lindsay Turner, and Joe Walz. Winner of the 1963 Tony Award for Best Play, the Broadway production of this play was a shattering and memorable experience and proclaimed the author as a major American playwright. A scorching and revealing drama that is completely engrossing.
