Limelight Theatre offers theatre instruction for ages 3 to 18 in the KidzfACTory program — with fully staged shows, workshops, day camps when school is out, summer camps, and outreach programs at area schools and organizations. See programs below.

SUMMER CAMPS 2017

DESPICABLE ME PLAY TIME CAMP

BEAUTY & THE BEAST PLAY TIME CAMP

    CINDERELLA kids

    (Fully staged and costumed musical)

    Poor Cinderella is endlessly mistreated by her wicked stepmother and stepsisters, and denied a chance to go to the royal ball. With a little help from her mice friends – and a lot of help from her Fairy Godmother – Cinderella’s dreams come true. She goes to the ball, meets the Prince and falls in love!

    PERFORMANCES: 5 p.m. Aug. 4-5; and 11 a.m. Aug. 6

    IMPROV SUMMER CAMP

    Throughout this 1-week camp, students will explore the basic concepts of improvisation in a warm, safe and supportive environment. The camp is designed to build self-confidence and explore creativity using the fundamentals of improvisation. Amy Angellili, The Adventure Pro, is the instructor. Camp will culminate in a short showcase for friends and family on Friday, June 9 at 5 p.m.

    Disney’s The Little Mermaid Jr.

    (Fully staged and costumed musical)

    In a magical underwater kingdom, the beautiful young mermaid, Ariel, longs to leave her ocean home – and her fins – behind and live in the world above. But first, she’ll have to defy her father, King Triton, make a deal with the evil sea witch, Ursula, and convince the handsome Prince Eric that she’s the girl whose enchanting voice he’s been seeking.

    PERFORMANCES: 5 p.m. July 21-22; and 11 a.m. July 23

      Join us for music and yummy treats! We are celebrating the end of school and the beginning of summer!

      This will be a party for the kids and an open house for parents to ask questions about KidzfACTory programming.

      We will also unveil the Fall 2017 schedule and the new Limelight Teen Club!
