Teaching Artist Profiles
Katie is excited to be back in her hometown to direct this great show! She graduated in 2015 from The University of Montevallo with her BFA in Musical Theatre. For the past year she has worked professionally in Birmingham, AL performing, choreographing, and teaching. Recent performance credits: Maggie (Lend Me A Tenor) The Virginia Samford Theatre, The Fox (Pinocchio) Birmingham Children’s Theatre, Mother (The Reluctant Dragon) Birmingham Children’s Theatre TOUR, Ado Annie (Oklahoma) Brick by Brick Arts, Winnifred (Once Upon A Mattress) Brick by Brick Arts, and many more. Past Limelight credits: Abigail (The Crucible), Maria (Lend Me A Tenor), and Nancy (Do Black Patent Leather Shoes…) Choreography Credits: Massterpiece Donut Shop (EWTN Global Catholic Network, Big River and The Rocky Horror Show (UM).
Alison is a senior at Flagler College majoring in Theatre Arts and minoring in English. She has been seen in several shows at Flagler such as Enemies, Equal Opportunity Employer, Sweet Charity, Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead, and Spitfire Grill. Alison also often works with Limelight Theatre and was seen on stage in such shows as The Addams Family and Miracle on 34th Street. She also works at Limelight as a costume designer and has worked on shows such as Sweet Bird of Youth, Midsummer’s Nights Dream, and Sleeping Beauty. Alison plans to finish her degree at Flagler College before continuing a career in applied theatre.
Morgan Kelly is a puppeteer and teaching artist based in St. Augustine. Her background is in Educational Theatre and Puppetry. She has toured nationally and internationally performing original puppet theatre work. She received her BA in Theatre from Marlboro College and an MA in Educational Theatre from New York University.
Rylee Kuberra hails from Duluth, MN where she found her passion for theatre! She has performed in musicals such as: Les Miserables, Hairspray, The Drowsy Chaperone, and Footloose: The Musical. She has also taught at the Duluth Playhouse in their Education Program. She attends Flagler College where she is earning a BA in Psychology with a Minor in Theatre and hopes to earn a Master’s degree in Applied Theatre.
Beth founded Limelight’s KidzfACTory program and is currently the Executive Director at Limelight Theatre. She teaches adult acting classes, directs Limelight shows, and is an actor.
Madi grew up in the KidzfACTory at Limelight and is happy to be back helping to inspire young people to flourish in the arts! She has choreographed Main Stage and KidzfACTory production at Limelight Theatre, and has been an instructor in summer camps. Madi is a former KidzfACTory student!
Shelli Long has been involved with children and children’s theatre for 30 years. She taught music in the public schools for 8 years producing musicals in high schools and at summer camps. She has been involved with KidzfACTory for 10 years. In addition to the summer camps musical direction, she has directed several MainStage shows including “Miracle on 34th Street” and this years “The Best Christmas Pageant Ever” which involved many, many kids. It’s exciting to see their progression from the KidzFactory to the MainStage and on to Broadway!
Kip Taisey joined the faculty at Flagler College fall 2015 after acting professionally for 10 years, five of which were spent in New York City. Taisey has toured and worked with numerous theatre companies. Taisey has also worked in voice over, television and continues to study his craft by taking classes and performing when possible. Taisey’s choral training and experience lies in the chamber setting as well as vocal jazz. He holds an MFA in Musical Theatre from University of Central Florida and a BM in Choral Music Education from Central Washington University.
Leah Page is an actor, director, and teaching artist new to the St Augustine area. She has directed Sleeping Beauty, High School Musical, Stone Soup, and A Voice in the Dark at Limelight Theatre. She has worked at Asolo Repertory Theatre, Two River Theater, McCarter Theater Center, viBe Theater Experience, Making Books Sing, and CAT Youth Theatre. Some of her favorite roles include Sandy in Grease, Woman #1 in Songs for a New World and Meg in Little Women. She is passionate about devising original theatre with young people and has directed a number of playbuilding projects from documentary devised theatre pieces to original adaptations. Leah has an MA in Applied Theatre from CUNY and an MFA in Musical Theatre from the University of Central Florida.
A seasoned improvisational theater performer of more than ten years, Amy Angelilli also teaches classes for the stage and facilitates workshops for real world personal and professional application. She is a graduate of Philadelphia’s ComedySportz School of Improvisation and Denver’s Bovine Metropolis Theater School of Improvisation. She has performed in the 2015 Boulder International Fringe Festival, the 2015 Tampa Improv Festival, the 2015 and 2014 Colorado Improv Festival, Duofest 2015 and the 2014 Denver Improv Festival. She currently plays in “It’s All About Amy” – the unscripted story of her life and “3 Blind Dates” – an unscripted romantic comedy. Both theater experiences she created and produced. As Chief Adventure Officer of The Adventure Project, she has facilitated “playshops” for adult summer camps, spiritual centers, yoga communities, retreats and businesses. She is a member of the Applied Improvisation Network and has presented at the 2015 and 2014 Applied Improvisation Network World Conference.
